1. How to install the Chess Puzzle Game I downloaded from your web site?

1. Create a new temp folder on your hard drive, for exampe: /Chess_Temp.
2. Download the game and save it in this folder /Chess_Temp.
NOTE: Please do not save the game on your desktop to avoid any further issues with installation. If you have already saved it there, just delete, and repeat the steps 1 and 2.
3. Go to the folder /Chess_Temp and run the EXE file of the game (for example, if you downloaded Chess Mazes, the file is MZ_EC.EXE). It will extract all files for the game in the same folder, /Chess_Temp. One of the files there is README.TXT.
4. Open README.TXT file and follow the instructions.

2. How to install the Chess Puzzle Game I purchased on a CD?

If you purchased the Chess Puzzle Games on a CD (CPGx3 with 3 games, or CPGx6 with 6 games), here are the steps to install them on your computer:

1. Create a new temp folder on your hard drive, for exampe: /Chess_Temp.
2. Open CD and find the file CPGx6_CD.EXE (or CPGx3_CD.EXE).
3. Copy the file CPGx6_CD.EXE to /Chess_Temp folder.
4. Go to the folder and run CPGx6_CD.EXE. It will extract all files for the games in the same /Chess_Temp folder. One of the files there is SETUP.TXT
5. Open SETUP.TXT file and follow the instructions.

3. Can I install your games to several computers?

Yes, you can install the games to up to 10 computers. If you need a license for a class, please contact us and we will provide you with options.

4. Can I try the game before to buy it?

Yes, of course! Download demo version (evaluation copy) of a game, install it and you can play and try the first 2-3 levels of the games without any limitations. All games have up to 10 levels of difficulty and if you like a game and want to play on higher leveles, please register the game you like and you will receive your personal License Key that will unlock all leveles and remove the registration reminder.

5. My computer was crashed and I lost my favorite Chess Puzzle Games, how can I restore them?

Please contact us with your full name (you registered your games to) and year when you purchased the License, and we will help you to restore your favorite games and resend you your Licesne information as soon as possible.

6. How to download a Chess Puzzle Game?

You can download the games by clicking on the link [downlod] on the Chess Software page. We recommend you to save a downloadable file to a separate folder. Do not save it on your desktop! Please see the step-by-step instructions in item 1 and 2 above.
